How it works
From proposal to an accepted job
Prepare the proposal
Select the customer and property. Describe the included services, quantities, prices and exclusions. Review the customer preview before sending.
Review the customer’s decision
Share the private quote link. The customer can approve, request changes or decline. Check any requested revision before treating it as an agreement.
Carry accepted work into the job
Create the job from the accepted proposal, then confirm the visit and crew. Sending or approving a quote does not itself establish an appointment.

Let the customer decide in their own view.
A private quote link opens the customer’s proposal. They can review the scope and price, then approve or request a change without creating a separate account.
Keep the response with the quote. If the agreement changes, review it again before treating the revised scope as accepted.

Common questions
Does the customer need a new account?
A customer can open their private quote link without creating a separate account. Keep that link private and share it with the intended customer.
Can an approved quote become a job?
Yes. Accepted quote details can carry into a job, where the office schedules visits and assigns the crew. Review any later changes before work starts.
Does sending a quote book the work?
No. Sending a proposal, receiving approval and scheduling a visit are separate steps. Tell the customer what happens after they approve.
