A few practical questions.
Does my crew need to use the desktop app?
The office uses desktop to plan and review. Crew members use Field on their phones to open assigned visits, check instructions and record progress. Access depends on their role and assignments.
Does the customer need to install an app?
No separate installation is needed to open a private quote or portal link in a browser. Customers see their quotes, appointments and invoices; internal notes and crew-only information stay in their role views.
Does completing a visit mark an invoice paid?
No. A completed visit, a sent invoice and a recorded payment are separate events. Sending an invoice does not record a payment. Review previous billing and the payment record before preparing the next bill.
