Check these before sending the quote
- Define whether a unit means a pane, opening or window.
- Confirm interior, exterior, screens, tracks and frames separately.
- Record height, access and safe equipment requirements.
- Exclude restoration, paint or hard-water removal unless inspected and agreed.
- State any applicable tax, visit date and quote-validity terms.
Each line is count × your rate, rounded to cents. The subtotal adds those lines and your agreed access charge. The window estimate guide includes a scope example; the pressure-washing checklist helps when the same property needs additional surfaces cleaned.
Frequently asked questions
Can I open the download in Excel?
Yes. The CSV contains your counts, rates and calculated totals. It is an editable snapshot; changing a rate in the CSV does not recalculate the other values. Use this online tool to recalculate.
Are these recommended prices?
No. They are illustrative numbers so you can see how the worksheet works. Enter rates based on your own costs, scope and access.
Why are inside and outside separate?
The customer may want only one side cleaned. Separate counts make that scope explicit and help avoid billing for work that was never agreed.
